​¡Hola a todos! Soy una profesora de Educación Física con 10 años de experiencia, y en este tiempo he tenido el privilegio de enseñar a estudiantes de todos los niveles: primaria y secundaria.
Mi conexión con el deporte va más allá del aula, ya que fui atleta de la selección de Panamá en baloncesto. Esta vivencia me hace sentir profundamente ligada a la misión de desarrollar integralmente a los estudiantes a través del deporte y la actividad física.
He creado este espacio con el objetivo de ser un aporte para docentes de educación física y entrenadores deportivos escolares. Mi meta es facilitarles material didáctico que les sea útil en sus lecciones y clases. Recuerdo que en mis primeros años como docente, ¡había muchas cosas a las que me hubiera encantado tener acceso, especialmente un plan vertical completo!

Hi everyone! I'm a Physical Education teacher with 10 years of experience, and during this time, I've had the privilege of teaching students at all levels: elementary, middle, and high school.
My connection to sports goes beyond the classroom, as I was an athlete on Panama's national basketball team. This experience makes me feel deeply committed to the mission of holistically developing students through sports and physical activity.
I've created this space with the goal of being a resource for physical education teachers and school sports coaches. My aim is to provide you with useful teaching materials for your lessons and classes. I remember in my first few years as a teacher, there were so many things I would have loved to have access to, especially a complete vertical curriculum plan!
I hope this site becomes a valuable tool for all of you. We're in this movement together!
